In a previous comment I noted that while I was very happy with a large portion of my experience, including very polite drivers and packers who took their jobs seriously and behaved professionally, I was deeply disappointed by one packer who did an amazingly irresponsible job. The owner, Mary, spoke with me at length, after my comments, and seemed sincerely disturbed to hear the details. She was helpful and willing to try to lesson the impact of the negative results of the experience. I do believe that Mary does believe that customer service is important and will do her best to deliver all around professional service in the future.
